Com-Pac's newest project, the Legacy, now exists as a prototype. It was sailed for the first time on June 23, 2006. We are very pleased with its performance, function, and looks. Production models are available at an introductory price of $11,500. One of its best features is the Boomtendr Sailing System. Unlike the Mastendr, there is no hinge in the mast length. The boom folds up to the mast and then the mast folds down. Once the mast is moved forward and lashed down, the Legacy will fit into a standard garage without any alteration.
